"Lake Side Villa by the river is our 3.5 bedroom home built on a land parcel of 15,500 square feet with a huge private swimming pool facing the Saipem river. Our villa has 4 en-suites though our 4th bedroom only has a single bed. We have dedicated caretakers to take care of all your needs. Location of the villa is serene and peaceful. The space - 4 en-suites (4th bedroom only has a single bed) - Private pool on the river + outdoor seating - Fully equipped kitchen - Television with tata sky + music system - 100% power back-up - Dedicated caretakers - Extra adult/kids – 1,500 P.P - Check in – 3 P.M / Check out – 11 A.M - No smoking inside the villa, you can smoke in the outdoor areas - Proper swim attire is a must - House rules to be followed We do not provide breakfast at our villas. Guests have an option of hiring a chef at INR 4,000 for 8 hours.
